Chef Jamie is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to professional cooking tips and tricks and can personalize a cooking class for your needs. 

Available from October to March only. 

 

Group size:

• large groups up to 10

• small groups from 1 - 4 people

 

Location:

• your home kitchen

• a school facility

• event space kitchen facility

• rent the Barbacoa Boyz Mobile Kitchen

• virtually through Zoom

Cost: 

• $50/hour up to 4 people

• +$10/hour for each additional person

• add the cost of food

• add location fee (free in Trenton)​​

  • Brighton/ Frankford/ Carrying Place = $25

  • Belleville/ North PEC = $50

  • South/ West PEC = $75

• Zoom classes can have unlimited attendees

Each class includes basic knife handling skills

•   Meat handling & grilling- 2 hrs

•   Marinades and BBQ sauces- 1 - 2 hrs

•   Sauces- 2 hrs

•   Pasta/ dumplings- 2 hrs

•   Student/ on a budget- 2 hrs

•   Flavours of Jamaica- 2.5 hrs

•   Flavours of Mexico- 2.5 hrs

•   Flavours of the Mediterranean- 2.5 hrs
